Delivery information


Prices and taxes

All prices displayed are in euro and are exclusive of VAT at the current Irish rate. EU customers with a valid VAT number: If the purchase is made by a business located outside of Ireland but in the EU, the goods will be sold excluding Irish VAT.

Irish customers with a valid VAT number: If the purchase is made by a business located in Ireland, the goods will be sold including 23% Irish VAT.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please note: we cannot undervalue orders.

We ship to the following EU countries

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.


Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped via UPS.

Our courier will normally deliver Monday to Friday between the hours on 9:00am and 5pm.

Please note that any orders placed over the bank holiday period will not be despatched until the next working day.

Remember that the times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays.

Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us.


Has my order been shipped out yet?

As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that your order is on its way to you. The email will tell you which courier your package has been sent with and it will also include a tracking number that you can use to find out where it is.
